Cancellation Policy

At nelorvi, we begin processing orders as quickly as possible so your items can reach you without unnecessary delay.

Order Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been processed, packed, or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email us at 1nelorvi@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

When Orders Can Be Canceled

An order may be canceled if:

  • The cancellation request is received within 24 hours
  • The order has not yet been processed
  • The order has not been packed or shipped
  • The item has not entered fulfilment

If approved, we will cancel your order and issue a refund to your original payment method.

When Orders Cannot Be Canceled

Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or handed to a courier, we can no longer cancel it.

In this case, you may need to wait for your order to arrive and then follow our Refund & Return Policy if the item is eligible for return.

Incorrect Order Details

If you entered the wrong shipping address, email address, or product selection, please contact us immediately at 1nelorvi@gmail.com.

We will do our best to update the order before processing, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has started.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of an order without prior approval from nelorvi, any return shipping fees, customs charges, or courier costs may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

Wellness Product Notice

For hygiene and customer safety, some wellness or personal care items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once they have been opened or used.
